This is the second time we have used the travSIM data card, and both times we had excellent and dependable service. The first time was on a river cruise from Amsterdam to Lucerne, Switzerland. All along the cruise, the data worked fine without any dead spots. The second time we used it, was in Egypt, and again it worked as advertised. It was activated on time, and when I had a few questions, their customer support team, particularly Kemica and Kayanee, responded quickly, sometimes within minutes and gave me the answers required.
An excellent product, and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend travSim.
