How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Works perfect

Perfect, just put the physical SIM-card in and it worked immediately. Although I don't have a US phone with all their frequencies, just a European/German one, but it even worked in the Mojave-desert (phone calls AND video-upload within a WhatsApp-message!). Same with the eSIM I ordered a few months earlier for a different trip to the US. We always buy our cards at travsim. Top notch.

We bought the sim card for Usa with unlimited internet and national and international telephone calls. And everything worked perfect from day one. We used the 30 days version. I can definitely recommend this sim card. We were on both east coast and the west coast with good coverage.
